About 10 years ago Ryan started Hingham Conditioning, a 7-week speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) training program for High School athletes. This resulted in teams becoming incredibly fit and all-in-all a tightly cohesive group of friends working towards an awesome common goal for their respective seasons.
 
In 2021 Hingham Conditioning's program will expand to also consist of working on soccer skills, soccer conditioning in combination with skills, and tactics with direction from their HS coach (perhaps to implement a new system of play) or reemphasize a current system.
 
The premise of this program is to be your team’s Personal Soccer Trainer. In addition to the SAQ training and touches on the ball, Ryan will also provide endurance training and nutrition guides specific for soccer players to help them prepare for the fall season.
 
Lastly (and highly, highly important!!) there will be an emphasis on Team Building. With a long gap in between seasons, summer is a wonderful reset and recharge for your team to come together and discuss their hopes and wishes for the season! This is where he has seen the most powerful transformations for a program.

Pricing can vary. The program will come to your town and costs are dependent upon differing field costs and the number of players participating.
